About Us

Founded in 2011 we proudly serve the Central Coast. We use Authentic Neapolitan Woodfired Pizza. A wood fire pizzas are cooked faster so the flavours are locked in to deliver a better quality pizza due to the flash cooking method we use. When you have tried one of our woodfired pizzas we are confident you won't go back to any normal pizzas. In 2011, we traveled to the United States and learned how to cook pizza's from a world-renowned chef, his family started their business by bringing their pizza bases over for flavour in an olive jar. After some time we have come back to Australia and brought his amazing recipes with us. We are confident that no one in the entire of Australia uses the recipes we do, we truly offer unique pizzas that taste amazing every time!

We do our own authentic pizza bases that are made fresh the day before to allow the pizza dough to rest and develop the best flavour possible.
